 Simply follow specific body movements you like, or move as you are able to eg. upper body-shoulders, arms, fingers _do what is comfortable and safe for you if you have limited mobility.  The intention is simply - to move a little more than you were moving the time before.

Approximate the dance moves of the BTS boys to best of your ability each time time focusing on improving..

1. Post or email video clips (first & last day) to [email protected], "5-15 second" video clips.


2. Choose how often you dance.   

Dance every day even just 5-10 minutes to optimize your results.

Increase dance time as you get fitter and fitter.

3. Your 30-Day Challenge starts on the Date of your first dance. Get your Certificate of 30-Day Challenge completion and be celebrated, all posts must be uploaded to SDM FB Group by March 4th, 2023 [JUST ENDED]


Keep a record of the dates and duration of your dancing, your weight** on the first and last day' of challenge.


** Note that muscle weighs More than fat so weight is not necessarily indicative of how fit and flexible you have got to be.

HOW Sparkle Dance Movement Started:

Sparkle Dance Movement, the idea for this, was inspired as I mediated on what could be a fun yet effective and re-vitalizing way for my clients and others to get back into shape, reclaim their fitness and then start to improve this even more significantly as the dance move mastery. VIDEO - Watch the beginnings as I shared this idea with a small circle of client/friends - humble beginnings.
